We had an amazing experience at the MK Premier Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made our stay special with thoughtful touches like a birthday cake. However, the rooms could be quieter, especially with traffic and construction noise nearby. The hotel is located right in the bustling heart of the city, making it easy to explore, but the noise might be a concern for light sleepers.

My stay at MK Premier Boutique Hotel was unforgettable, largely due to their incredible customer service and attention to detail. Lu, the Customer Service Manager, went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I had a wonderful experience, even upgrading our room without us asking. However, the room we had lacked a separate shower and was a bit small for our liking. Overall, this hotel offered great value for money and made our stay in Hanoi truly special.
